Cutting the floor supports of your tenant, as well as, cutting holes in the floor, shutting off power and water, breaking into apartments, destroying property. These people obviously moved to San Francisco from New York as it's perfectly legal behaviour there...

haha! this reminded me of...damn! now I can't think of it, That movie with Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller where they try to get rid of the little old lady.
This reminds me of a few slumlords I've dated!
