LOL!!! This is great! I love how his legs were bandaged and how one was sticking straight out in the wheelchair. I wonder if the cops would have tried to blow out his tires either by spike strip or shotgun if they were involved in a police chase with the 60 year old suspect. Better yet, I would have loved to see them do a pit move on him!
