Um ... as I understand this incident, the dude cut in front of her and two little girls in the lineup. When she remonstrated with him he said "If you swear at me again I'm gonna punch you in the face."
Way to be a grownup there, @$$#013, way to show your kids and those two little girls what respect is all about and how to get it.
